Dennis went above and beyond helping us find a beautiful Cape Coral home. We knew the market in SW Florida was going to be a challenge for us as we do not make quick decisions. Dennis ascertained from us what we wanted in a Florida home and sent us listings prior to flying down so we could narrow our search. His patience is to be commended! He was great at communicating during the week spent looking. He got our contract offer written up and delivered in a flash. His advice for us when the house got multiple offers helped us come out with an amazingly beautiful home. Once we had it inspected he was right there negotiating terms to repair a few things and once we closed he supplied us with companies to help us get updates completed so we could get settled in. We could not have asked for a more dedicated and focused agent.We highly recommend Dennis and Razo Realty.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new home in Fort Myers! Dennis consistently exceeded our expectations. I know he has many other clients but he was always responsive and made us feel like we were his top priority, even after we closed. Working with Dennis from Raso Realty was a great experience. Being from Canada, he took the time to show us the areas we were interested in. Dennis was a valuable asset to our house hunting experience and without him, I don't think we would have found our dream home. Dennis is an absolute real estate gem. He is hands down the most responsive, professional, and truly caring person. He listens to your needs and even anticipates them. Having experienced the destruction of Hurricane Ian on ground level, Dennis was one of the first to reach out and was a tremendous help in getting all issues with our rental resolved as quickly as possible. Throughout the years of working with him he has always been "johhny-on-the-spot" with anything we have needed. And as we are soon completing our contract with one of his rentals, I can say that I will sincerely miss our interactions. I was referred to Dennis Hackworth at Raso Realty by a friend and I was totally blown away by his level of support and professionalism. My elderly parents from Maryland need to sell their home in Cape Coral FL and could not be there to get the house in shape to sell. Dennis took charge, got all the repairs completed in 2 weeks and had it sold within a month of having contacted him. We have worked with Gloria Tate to Buy and sell property and both experiences were fantastic. She is extremely knowledgable, professional, helpful, and always available. We just had an issue come up with the property taxes on a property she helped us purchase a few years ago, and she immediately responded when contacted and provided me info that got our issue resolved, even though none of the issue concerned her. I can't recommend her enough!!!

We have been working with Gloria Tate on our move from out of state, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I reached out to her, she has been extremely responsive, supportive, and very knowledgeable. Having spent most of her life in the area, she has given us a ton of information that's gold for us as non-locals. Anytime we've needed anything, even if it was not her area, she was on top of it. She also connected us with several other individuals for various needs (inspection, lender, insurance, etc.) we've been extremely happy with.
